2434 Manhattan is a 2014 built single family home in the sand section of Hermosa beach. This home has ocean views from the rooftop deck. This lot was purchased for the dirt in 2012 for $1,200,000. WOW…THAT’S A LOT APPRECIATION.

621 24th Listed for $2,100,000 3 bed/1 bath

621 24th is a 1950’s single family home close to Ardmore and the Greenbelt. This property sold in 1975 for $47,000. I’m curious to see if someone buys this for as a land value acquisition. 

244 Manhattan Ave Listed for $2,100,000 3 bed/2.5 bath

244 Manhattan is a detached townhome located in the sand section of Hermosa. This home last sold in 2006 for $1,379,000.

403 11th Listed for $1,800,000 3 bed/2.5 bath

403 11th is an attached townhome, built in 2006 and remodeled in 2015. It is located close to Pier Ave and has some views to the west. 

1002 5th Listed for $2,399,000 5 bed/4.5 bath

1002 5th is a single family home located on the corner of 5th and Hopkins. The home last sold for $462,500 in 1998.

2904 Hermosa View is a single family home at the end of the Hermosa View cul-de sac. This home has views and went into escrow in less than a week OFF-Market. They posted it after going into escrow.

651 4th went into escrow 3 weeks after a price reduction. This detached townhome is in the Hermosa Valley section and last sold in 2013 for $1,138,000.

736 Gould #24 Sold for $1,165,000 3 bed/3 bath

736 Gould is an attached townhome with ocean views. Unit #19 just sold for $1.3M

501 Herondo #40 Sold for $1,080,000 2 bed/3 bath

In one month, this condo sold for $19K below asking price. Unit #9 is priced the same as #40 and is currently in escrow after 3 weeks on the market.
