945 1st is part of a 4-unit complex on the Hermosa Redondo border, just east of PCH. This home has some ocean view and upgrades. It is in a reachable price point for Hermosa, so I won’t be surprised to see it move on the quicker side.

640 Hermosa Listed for $2,189,000 3 bed/3 bath

640 Hermosa is part of a 6-unit complex of detached townhomes built in 2007. This home has ocean views from the rooftop deck and was on the market last few years, priced higher at $2.5M-ish and didn’t sell. I worked on these properties when they were first developed, spending a lot of time holding them open. I like them a lot, however price is everything for these units.

1539 Bonnie Brae Listed for $1,400,000 3 bed/2 bath

1539 Bonnie Brae was built in 1940. It has charming details throughout, however this home will need upgrades.

2020 Prospect Listed for $1,495,000 3 bed/2.5 bath

In 2 weeks this home has a buyer. 2020 Prospect is a renovated single-family close to Artesia and the new Lazy Acres store. This home last sold in 1998 for $351K.

913 5th Listed for $3,150,000 4 bed/3.5 bath

913 5th found a buyer quickly. 520 Pine and 913 5th are brand new 2 on a lot detached townhomes on the east side of PCH. Both have nice ocean views. This lot was purchased in 2017 for $1,605,000 prior to the new builds.

1630 The Strand Listed for $5,999,000 5 bed/3.5 bath

After 14 months and 2 price reductions, this home has a buyer. 1630 The Strand was built in 1936 and is a classic beachfront home. It will likely be purchased for the land…..sadly. I love seeing the original charming Strand properties that still exist currently.

1707 Pacific Coast #308 Listed for $499,000 1 bed/1 bath

It took almost 2 months and a $50K price reduction for this home to go into escrow. Unit #302 (had some upgrades) sold for $499K in March of this year.

945 7th Listed for $2,899,000 4 bed/3.5 bath

945 7th sold 3 years ago for $1,662,500.  The little 3 bed, 1 bath home was torn down and 2 brand new detached townhomes are now occupying that space.

1720 Ardmore #319 Listed for $799,000 2 bed/2 bath

1720 Ardmore is part of a 71-unit complex on Ardmore east of the Greenbelt. This unit found a buyer in only 8 days.  This one sold last year for $735,000.

1236 3rd Listed for $1,499,000 2 bed/2 bath

2 months and an $80K discount and this one is in escrow. 1236 3rd is a single-family home built in 1928 with Spanish charm. This home last sold in 2009 for $879K.

1550 Loma Dr. #D Sold for $1,496,000 3 bed/2.5 bath

1550 Loma is in a 4-unit townhome complex. Unit #B just sold for $1,230,000 however it is a bit smaller than #D (currently for sale). I think this property was priced well and I am not surprised it only took 5 days to sell.

3211 Morningside DR Sold for $1,841,000 3 bed/3 bath

After 3 price reductions this home has sold for $358K off the original asking price.  3211 Morningside is a single-family home located in the sand section. It last sold in 2016 for $ 1,575,000.  

501 Herondo # 34 Sold for $1,150,000 2 bed/ 3 bath

In 5 days and for $50K extra, this home has sold. 501 Herondo comes up on our 7 day often. It’s a 75 unit condo complex on the Hermosa/Redondo border. This unit is very light and bright and seems to have had some upgrades.

1023 4th Sold for $1,402,500 3 bed/2.5 bath

This home sold in 3 days and for above the asking price. 1023 4th is a single-family home on the east side of PCH.

1828 Pacific Coast Hwy Sold for $1,620,000 3 bed/3.5 bath

It took 5 months and $39K off the asking price. 1828 PCH is a brand new, 7 townhome complex on the east side of PCH and this was the last one to sell.
