Where Is This Market Heading? 7 Day Market Update-Hermosa Beach

While inventory is up slightly, interest rates are flickering all over and near all time lows, the stock market has made its way back toward historic levels….people are still buying and selling.

Currently we have 62 Active properties for sale and we’ve had 31 closings
in the last 30 days. That gives us exactly 2 months of inventory, which isstill heavily favors sellers.

One thought I know is, 2020 will be a year we will remember….or try to forget.
