As we wrap up this hot (temperature) summer and head toward Labor Day weekend next week and the school year starting the following week, the market remains relatively hot compared to the country as a whole. Currently, we have 61 Active listings for sale Hermosa wide. Year-to-date we have had 127 sales this year versus 137 in 2017 this time of year. I suspect we will see more inventory come on the market shortly and buyers refocusing their attention from summer travels back to the real estate market. Most of this week’s activity was east of PCH in the Hermosa Hills.
