There were several homes here in Hermosa Beach that were on the market last year, ran their course and didn’t sell. A few of them have come back on the market this year and have successfully sold or are making another attempt at a higher price. This is indicative of a starving market, thirsting for new home inventory. Homes that were last year’s blow-off have become this years gems.
