38 Hermosa was on the market last year for $100K more ($2,399,000), however after almost 3 months, it did not sell.  

555 25th Listed for $2,499,000 4 bed/2 bath/1 pwd

555 25th was on the market at the end of May and is now back on the market with a $100K price reduction. 

904 Manhattan Listed for $1,999,000 4 bed/4 bath

904 Manhattan is a detached townhome in the sand section of Hermosa.  This home last sold in 2009 for $1,175,000. We just closed a smaller neighboring townhome for $1,687,000 (see below). 


836 Bard Listed for $2,129,000 4 bed/4 bath

836 Bard has been on and off the market since 2012. The last time it was on the market was in 2018 for $2,099,000, however it didn’t sell.

231 29th is a single family home built in 2007 and located 2 short blocks from the sand. This home nice ocean views from the living level.

303 10th is a brand new attached townhome in the sand section. There is a total of 3 new units on this property (305 10th went into escrow last week).

728 Longfellow was on the market for 3 weeks and found a buyer.

123 29th was on the market last spring for $5,299,000, but after several price reductions it never sold. This home last sold in 2015 for $4,085,000.

This home has found a buyer in 10 days.952 15th is a 2 on a lot, detached townhome.  This home has a rooftop deck with ocean views. It last sold in 2018 for $1,550,000.

501 Herondo # 57 Listed for $1,075,000 3 bed/2.5 bath

After a $100K price reception this home has gone into escrow. 501 Herondo. The 3 bedroom units in this complex don’t come up for sale as often as the 2 bedroom units. The last 3 bedroom unit sold was in 2018, for $1,085,000.


442 Bayview Sold for $1,687,000 3 bed/2.5 bath

This home sold after 1 week.  442 Bayview is a detached sand section townhome with  un-obstructable ocean views from Catalina to Malibu. It is hard to find a property this close to the water, with this type of view, in this price point. 

3112 Hermosa Avenue Sold for $4,100,000 3 bed/3 bath

This home was built in 1935 and has sold for the asking price. 

2411 Prospect #117 Sold for $675,000 2 bed/2 bath

2411 Prospect sold in less than a week. It last sold in 2016 for $510,000.  

1829 Hillcrest Sold for $1,810,000 3 bed/3 bath

This home sold slightly under the asking price. 1829 Hillcrest is a single family home located between PCH and prospect. It hit the market on April 8th

226 Manhattan Sold for $1,395,000 2 bed/2.5 bath
