7 days and this home has a buyer. 1942 Springfield is a 2 bed/1 bath single family home just east of the greenbelt. This is a very accessible price point, so we didn’t expect to see this one last long. I’m certain it went a good chunk over the asking price, likely with multiple offers.

1707 Pacific Coast Hwy #215 Listed for $675,000 2 bed/2 bath

1707 PCH unit #215 is in escrow after 30 days on the market. The last 2 bed, 2 bath unit sold for $640K.  Here are the other 2019 1707 PCH sold year-to-date:

241 Valley Listed for $995,000 3 bed/2.5 bath

This one took a month and a half to find the buyer. 241 Valley is an attached townhome that is part of a 64-unit complex.

It took almost 3 months to find a buyer. 1221 11th is a single-family home that is located one property south of Aviation.  This home last sold in 2010 for $710K.

Sold for $23,000 over the asking price. 1620 Raymond is a single-family home just east of PCH.

1017 8th Sold for $1,851,000 3 bed/2.5 bath

It sold for $152K above the asking price. WOW! 1017 8th has been completely remodeled and has an ocean view and a pool! This home sold in 2012 for $795K.

246 30th Sold for $5,975,000 4 bed/4.5 bath

That was really quick for a new construction and it sold for $80,000 over asking. We heard they had multiple offers on this one.  This home has nice ocean and coastline views. This lot was purchased in 2015 for $2,350,000.
