530 Loma last sold in 1998 for $597,000. Even though it’s a 1989 house that may require some upgrades, I think it is priced well.

This one went quickly for $57K below the asking price. 722 Bayview was built in 1990, has ocean views and is only a few streets/alleys to the sand. This home last sold in 1984 for $107K.

It took 2 months and a $13K discount!  1720 Ardmore is a 71-unit complex on Ardmore.  The last unit to sell, #312, went for $595,000 in October. #212 last sold in 2013 for $ 340K.  

1217 24th Sold for $1,300,000 3 bed/3 bath

In 2 months and a $200K price reduction, this home has sold. 1217 24th is a duplex built in 1973 with a 1 bed/1 bath lower unit and a 2 bed/2 bath upper unit.  This property was on the market in 2012 and sold for $800K.
