This is a 7-unit complex located a few steps to the sand in northern Hermosa. This condo last sold in 2011 for $520K.Unit #2 was on the market for 55 days last year at $1,000,000…however no takers.

1129 2nd Listed for $1,599,000 3 bed/3.5 bath
This single family (tall skinny) home is located east of PCH and close to Prospect. It last sold in 1985 for $135K.

653 10th Listed for $1,899,000 4 bed/3.5 bath

This detached townhome was built 4 years ago and is located slightly west of PCH with some ocean views. The property sold for $1,630,030 when it was built in 2012. 721 21st,, which is a similar unit, closed in August of this year for $2,315,000.

446 Monterey #3H Sold at $1,200,000 3 bed/2 bath
This is a 34-unit complex just a few blocks from the beach. 3H was sold off market for $1.2M. This is the highest sale in this complex. We sold 2H last year for $1,101,000. The market has continued to climb since then.
