1074 7th is a detached townhome built in 2016 by Steve Lazar. This home has ocean views and last sold in 2016 for $2,025,000.

That was quick, in 7 days this condo has a buyer. 2411 Prospect is a 64-unit complex on the west side of prospect, just south of Artesia.  This unit last sold in 2005 for $495K.

1138 19th Listed for $1,195,000 3 bed/2 bath

After 74 days and a $104K price reduction, this home has a buyer. 1138 19th is a single-family home east of Prospect, 3 properties from Hermosa View school. This home last sold for $25,500 in 1965.

1600 Ardmore #127 Listed for $719,900 2 bed/2 bath

1600 Ardmore is a 100-unit complex in Hermosa. This unit last sold 3 years ago for $570K.

714 Marlita Listed for $6,999,000 6 bed/5 bath

In 3 weeks, this massive home has a buyer. This home has big ocean views from the top of the hill.  It sold in 2016 for $6,495,000 after racking up 800 days on market and after being priced as high as $8,000,000.

736 Gould  #32 Listed for $1,399,000 3 bed/2.5 bath

736 Gould is a 1980 attached townhome part of a 33-unit community. This home has ocean views and indoor/outdoor living. This unit last sold in 2010 for $885K. 

1707 PCH #406 Listed for $650,000 2 bed/2 bath

It took 2 months to get this condo into escrow! 1707 PCH is part of the condo complex on the west side of PCH.  This is the first unit in the complex to go up for sale this year. Last year, two different 2 bed, 2 bath units sold for $690K.

1504 Silver Listed for $2,199,000 5 bed/3.5 bath

That was quick! 1504 Silver is a larger, 3316 sq. foot single-family home. This home sold in 2014 for $1,525,000. I’m guessing this one sold for over the asking price.

After 1 ½ months with a new price, this home has sold. 1215 20th was on the market last fall for 3 months priced at $100K more, however it didn’t sell.  It will need a lot of TLC.

511 11th #B Sold for $1,680,000 4 bed/2.5 bath

After 4 months and $295K price reduction, this home has sold. 511 11th is part of a 2 on a lot detached townhome, west of the greenbelt. This unit last sold in 2002 for $649,500. 

1009 9th St Sold for $1,230,000 2 bed/1.5 bath

That was quick! This home went into escrow in 3 days and sold for $31K above asking. 1009 9th is a 1956 single family home tucked between Aviation and Prospect that last sold in 1993 for $200K. It was priced close to lot value. We’re not surprised it went quickly.

1134 1st Sold for $1,625,000 3 bed/3 bath

This home sold in 2 ½ weeks and for $24K below the initial asking price. 1134 1st is a single-family home with peek-a-boo ocean views that has been completely renovated. This home last sold in 2016 after its renovation for $1.4M.

25 8th Ct. Sold for $2,150,000 3 bed/3 bath

After almost 6 months and a $245K price reduction, this home has sold. 25 8th Ct is located only a few properties from the strand. This home has peek-a-boo ocean views from the rooftop. It last sold in 2010 for $1,325,000.
