506 11th is part of a 3 on a lot attached townhome just west of Valley.  This home was on the market for 3 months at the end of last year for $1,750,000 without a sale. That story has changed this year.

647 1st is a detached townhome close to the Hermosa, Redondo border. This home last sold in 2001 for $484,000. There isn’t much inventory in this price point west of PCH.

In only 5 days on market, this home has a new owner. 1204 11th is a single-family beach house. The home has been recently upgraded and appears to be priced for a quicker sale. 

240 Monterey Blvd Sold for $2,260,000 3 bed/3.5 bath

In just under a month, this detached townhome on Monterey has sold. 240 Monterey is on the southern end of the Hermosa Sand Section.   This home last sold in 2008 for $1,425,000.

2411 Prospect #216 Sold for $628,000 2 bed/2 bath

That was quick…sold in 5 days. 2411 Prospect is a 64-unit complex on the west side of prospect, just south of Artesia.  This unit last sold in 2005 for $495K.
