New listings are coming on the market, but are they moving…7 Day Property Market Update – Hermosa Beach

Properties are still hitting the market and a few have closed over the last two weeks, however the number of new escrows are way down. There are 10 properties currently in escrow citywide, however several of them went into escrow prior to the beginning of the pandemic explosion. Only a couple have gone into escrow over the last 10 days. As restrictions ease, we will see more property come to the market. At the moment, there are a lot of would-be sellers sitting on the sidelines waiting for a little more clarity on the near future of the virus, and the market.

667 Longfellow is a single family up on the Longfellow hill, adjacent to the Manhattan Hill Section. This home just sold in 2019 for $2.2M.
