We usually see new inventory come on the market within the first 2 weeks after Labor Day. This week is indicative of the end of summer market, with only 1 new active property on the market.

After going on and off the market since March, this property sold for $80K below asking price. 1500 Hermosa was built in 2015 and sold in 2016 for $3,400,000. It was on the market earlier this year for $3,875,000, however didn’t sell.

621 9th Sold for $1,516,000 3 bed/2.5 bath

After a month and for $59K below asking price, this home has sold. 621 9th is an attached townhome west of PCH and east of Ardmore. This home last sold in 2009 for $830K.

3411 The Strand Sold for $6,500,000 8 bed/4 bath

That was quick! In less than a month, this one has sold for $1K above the asking price. 3411 The Strand is a duplex on north end of the Hermosa strand.
