1830 Rhodes is a single family home that is back on the market. It was up for sale in June for $40K less ($1,650,000), however it did not sell.

102 8th is part of a three unit townhome complex on the corner of 8th and Hermosa Avenue. This middle unit leased last year for $6500. This three unit complex was built 2002. The front unit has been for sale for 143 days, priced at $2,150,000. We sold the rear unit several years ago (back in 2011). The complex was well designed.

942 15th was built 3 years ago. This property is east of PCH and very close to Pier Avenue. It was for sale in February for one month and didn’t sell. Now it’s in escrow.

After 6 months and several price reductions, this home is in escrow. 822 6th is a single family home located east of PCH, with some ocean views. It last sold in 2015 for $1,799,000.

739 Longfellow is a single family home located on the popular Longfellow street. This property is one lot west of Sepulveda and was once a preschool…OK Corral Child Care Center.

1204 11th is a single family home in east Hermosa. This home last sold for $1,269,500 in 2019. It was priced attractively, so we’re not surprised it sold in 5 days.

1040 7th is a detached rear unit townhome. This home sold in 3 weeks. It was last on the market in 2018, for $1,740,000 however had no takers.

651 4th Sold for $1,575,000 3 bed/3 bath

651 4th sold in 3 weeks after a price reduction. This detached townhome is in the Hermosa Valley section and last sold in 2013 for $1,138,000.

267 Valley Sold for $1,078,000 3 bed/2.5 bath

267 Valley is part of a townhome community next to South Park, on the corner of 2nd and Valley. It sold to Homelight Homes LLC (Off-Market) this year on June 24th for $846,000. In less than 60 days, it sold again for $232,000 more?
