918 21st Sold for $1,245,000 3 bed/2.5 bath

918 21st is a single-family home that has been remodeled. This home last sold in 2012 for $810,000. It came on the market mid-June of this year priced at $1,399,000. It appears to have a new paint color on the outside.

448 28th Sold for $1,775,000 4 bed/2 bath

448 28th sold for $175K off the asking price after 3 price reductions and 6 months on the market. This single-family home located in the sand section has a small cottage feel on the outside, however it does have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 1500 sq. feet. It last sold in 1987 for $225K.

It took almost 200 days and a $685K price discount to get this one sold. 231 27th is a 1935 single family home in the sand section. This home last sold in 2012 for $975K. It has been remodeled and shows well. 27th is a very busy street though.

1287 7th Pl Sold for $1,250,000 4 bed/3.5 bath

1287 7th is on the Hermosa/Redondo border. This home was last sold in 1987 for $379,000. 

1401 Manhattan Ave Sold for $1,730,000 4 bed/3 bath

After 4 months and a price reduction, this home has a new owner. 1401 Manhattan is an attached townhome located a block and half from the sand, just north of the Hermosa pier. This home sold in 2012 for $1,169,000.

2840 Amby Pl Sold for $7,500,000 2 bed/2 bath

After a several months and a $1.5M discount off the asking price, this property has sold. 2840 Amby sits on a 15,000 sq. ft lot. Currently there is a 2631 sq. foot house on the property, however there are renderings of what the property could look like after it is built from the ground up. This is a very rare lot in a prime location. A developer bought this property. I’m not sure what they are projecting on the outbound, however it has to $16 million plus.
