In only 7 days, this home is in escrow. 1204 11th is a single-family beach house. The home has been recently upgraded and appears to be priced for a quicker sale.

After 5 1/2 months and a $140K price reduction, this home has a buyer.  316 29th is a single-family home that sits on a 1202 sq. foot lot. The home last sold in 2014 for $999K. This is an interesting property. It sat on the market for a long time in 2014 (263 days) before selling. It’s a small property on an alley without a garage (carport parking only)….not for everyone. That being said, it is a good location in North Hermosa.

240 Monterey Blvd Listed for $2,260,000 3 bed/3.5 bath

240 Monterey is a detached townhome on the southern end of the Hermosa Sand Section.   This home last sold in 2008 for $1,425,000.
