In less than a month, this home is in escrow. 1019 Monterey is an attached townhome built in 1998 with ocean views.  This is part of an 8-unit complex. It last sold in 2008 for $1,265,000.

246 30th Listed for $5,895,000 4 bed/4.5 bath

That was really quick for a new construction, 1 week and in escrow. 246 30th is a brand new single-family home 2 blocks to the sand. This home has panoramic ocean and coastline views. This lot was purchased in 2015 for $2,350,000.

1038 5th Listed for $1,290,000 3 bed/2 bath

It took 2 months and a $100K price reduction. 1038 5th is a two-level single-family home on the east side of PCH, with Peek a boo ocean views. This home last sold in the 70’s. It seems to be priced well.

In only 5 days and for $100K off the original asking price, this home has sold. 85 18th is a single-family home built in 1911.

$222K below asking this home has sold! 477 25th was on the market in 2017 for $400K more, however it did not sell. This single-family home was built in 2012 and has ocean views. We are very curious to see the activity on this one.

1707 Pacific Coast #308 Sold for $480,000 1 bed/1 bath

It took almost 3 months and  $69K off the asking price. Unit #302 (had some upgrades) sold for $499K in March of this year.

1236 3rd Sold for $1,505,000 2 bed/2 bath

After just 3.5 months and a $74K discount, this home sold. 1236 3rd is a single-family home built in 1928 with Spanish charm. This home last sold in 2009 for $879K.
