642 Hermosa is an attached townhome built in 2007. 640 Hermosa just sold for $1.9M in April. 

424 28th Listed for $3,500,000 5 bed/4.5 bath

424 28th is a single family home, one street north of Gould and Valley Park. This lot sold 20 years ago for $550K. At the time, it was a little 3 bed 1 bath 924 sq. foot home prior to the 2007 built new construction. 

942 15th Listed $2,725,000 4 bed/3.5 bath

942 15th was built 3 years ago. This home is east of PCH and very close to Pier Avenue. It was for sale in February for one month, didn’t sell and is now back on the market listed slightly lower.

1602 Loma is a 1920’s triplex in the sand section. It is currently vacant and is being sold with plans. This is a big number for the land, however there are 2 brand new townhomes a few doors to the north priced around $3M each.

844 3rd is a single family home just east of PCH. This home sits on a smaller tall, skinny 2267 sq. foot lot. It last sold in 2013 for $875K.

267 Valley is part of a townhome community next to South Park on the corner of 2nd and Valley. The property history shows that it sold less than a month ago on 06/24/20 for $846,000?
