It took almost 200 days and a $500K price discount to get this one in escrow. 231 27th is a 1935 single family home in the sand section. This home last sold in 2012 for $975K. It has been remodeled and shows well. 27th is a very busy street though.

It took 6 months and a price reduction to get this home into escrow.  This home was purchased in 2018 for $8.1M.

After a few months and a price reduction, this home has sold. 2840 Amby sits on a 15,000 sq ft lot. Currently there is a 2631 sq. foot house on the property, however there are renderings of what the property could look like after it is built from the ground up. This is a very rare lot in a prime location. We think a developer bought it.

6 days and this one is in escrow! 842 8th is a detached townhome built in 2001, located just east of PCH. This home has ocean views and last sold in 2015 for $1,6275,000. 1074 and 1072 7th, which were built in 2016, sold for $2,062,500 and $2,050,000.

This one sold quickly for $24K off the asking price. . 330 28th is a single-family home built in 1927. This home sold in 2018 (last year) for $2,599,000.
