1220 Sunset drive is a detached townhome (3 in total) in the sand section of Hermosa, 1/2 block south of Pier avenue. This home sold in 2012 for $1,560,000.

107 Manhattan Listed for $1,699,000 3 bed/2 bath

107 Manhattan is a single family home built in 1924. It is located 1 block from the beach. 

739 Longfellow Listed for $2,150,000 2 bed/2 bath

739 Longfellow is a single family home located on a the popular Longfellow street. This property is 1 lot west of Sepulveda and appears to be converted into a classroom set-up….once a preschool. 

2461 Myrtle Listed for $4,450,000 4 bed/4 bath

2461 Myrtle is a single family home built in 2004 and remodeled in 2014. This property is close to the beach with views. It last sold in 2014 for $3.7M.

1040 7th Listed for $1,679,000 3 bed/3 bath

1040 7th is a detached rear unit townhome. This home went into escrow after only 3 weeks. It was last on the market in 2018 for $1,740,000, however after 2 1/2 months without a sale, it was pulled from the market.  

542 Pine Listed for $2,499,000 4 bed/3.5 bath

This home went into escrow after only 3 weeks. 542 Pine is a detached cape cod townhome. It faces west and is located between PCH and Prospect. 548 Pine sold last year for $2,349,000.

1216 20th is a single family home located in east Hermosa. This home found a buyer in 2 weeks. 

842 1st Listed for $950,000 2 bed/3 bath

842 1st is part of a 14-unit condo complex located off of 190th close to the Hermosa/Redondo border. It last sold in 2014 for $637,500.

1218 2nd Listed for $1,700,000 3 bed/2 bath

1218 2nd has been completely remodeled and was originally listed for $1,700,000. The property sold in 2018 for $940,000 and again later that year for $1,153,000.

728 Longfellow Sold for $2,353,000 4 bed/4 bath

728 Longfellow was on the market for 3 weeks and found a buyer.

419 2nd Sold for $1,124,000 2 bed/2.5 bath

In only 2 days, this condo sold for the asking price. 419 2nd is part of a larger sand section townhome community. It last sold in 2009 for $650,000.

926 1st #4 Sold for $1,005,000 2 bed/2.5 bath

In only 3 weeks and after a $20K price reduction, this home has sold.  926 1st is an attached townhome on the Hermosa/Redondo border. This home has a deck with views.  945 1st, which is slightly larger, sold last November for $1,150,000. 

501 Herondo # 57 Sold for $1,080,000 3 bed/2.5 bath

After a $95K discount, this home has closed sale. The 3 bedroom units in this complex don’t come up for sale as often as the 2 bedroom units. The last 3 bedroom unit sold was in 2018, for $1,085,000.
