1002 8th is the lowest cost per sq. foot single family home in Hermosa. This one went into escrow right away. 

2800 Tennyson Listed for $8,499,000 4 bed/3 bath

2800 Tennyson is a single-family home at the end of a cul-de-sac in the MB Hill adjacent section of Hermosa. It started $2,000,000 higher than they are currently listed…$10.5M.

1019 Monterey sold in less than a week. This attached townhome has a rooftop deck with nice views and is located close to the beach and Pier Avenue.

815 Cypress Sold for $2,380,000 5 bed/4 bath/1 pwd

815 Cypress is a duplex located in the sand section near Clark Field. This home sold quickly, slightly under the asking price. The front unit is a 3 bed/2.5 bath and the rear unit is a 2 bed/2 bath. This duplex last sold in 2014 for $1,570,000.
