This attached town home is part of a 4-unit community. It has some ocean views and is on the Hermosa-South Redondo border just east of PCH. This property last sold in 2010 for $585,000.

655 Longfellow Listed for $2,750,000 3 bed/2.5 bath

This is a single family with open ocean views in the distance. This was purchased in 2012 for $1,350,000

1109 Valley Dr #1 Listed at $1,150,000 2 bed/2.5 bath

This is four on a lot attached townhome that last sold in 2014 for $985K. This should sell quickly at that price. 1107 Valley (similar unit) sold last year for $1,200,000.

1737 Valley Park Listed for $1,999,000 4 bed/3 bath

That was quick! In a week this one has a buyer. 1737 Valley has been on and off the market since March 2016 for $2.3M yet didn’t sell. Now with a significant price reduction, it’s back on the market. It last sold in 2008 for $1,350,000.

606 Boundary Listed for $2,895,000 4 bed/3.5 bath

It took a little longer to this one to go into escrow, however after 3 ½ months and a $200K price reduction, they have a buyer. 606 is one of the larger new construction units that’s part of the Longfellow/Boundary development. The price reflects the increase in sq. footage compared to the other units.

733 Beach Dr Listed for $4,799,000 4 bed/3.5 bath

This home was originally on the market in October of last year for $4,799,000 and after 2 months, it did not sell. However, the spring market is in full swing and this single family home is on a walk street, just a few steps to the sand.

736 Gould #19 Listed for $1,269,000 3 bed/2.5 bath

3 weeks and it’s in escrow. This is a 33-unit complex located on the south side of Gould Avenue, slightly west of PCH. This unit was on the market in 2015 for $1,129,000 for 88 days however didn’t’ sell. It last sold in 2013 for $798K. This is another big increase (159% increase from the 2013 price).

1619 Monterey Bl Listed for $1,999,000 3 bed/2.5 bath

1619 Monterey is a single-family home located a few blocks to the sand. It has open ocean views.

1244 9th Listed for $2,079,000 5 bed/4 bath

After almost 3 months and a $96K price reduction, this one is in escrow. This single family home is located in the Hermosa Hills section. This property last sold in 1998 for $735K. Below are the two 2016 Single Family sales between 3000-3500sq. ft. 535 Hollowell was new construction and 1044 14th was completely remodeled to look like new construction.

612 11th Listed for $1,550,000 3 bed/3.5 bath

This detached town home is one property east of the greenbelt. It is close to Clark field and Cypress Park and has a rooftop deck.

1720 Ardmore #324 Listed for $669,000 2 bed/2 bath

After 2 weeks, this condo has a buyer. This is a 71-unit complex located on the east side of the greenbelt. There is currently one other in escrow unit in this complex and last year there were 5 sales in this complex (see below).


526 3rd Sold for $1,725,000 3 bed/2.5 bath

After finding a buyer quick, this property sold for $40K above the asking price. This single family home is in the sand section, close to the Redondo/Hermosa border. This property last sold in 2014 for $1,199,000.

1942 The Strand Sold for $8,350,000

This lot sold after 261 days on the market and for $1,150,000 off the original list price. This is a dirt proposition on the corner of The Strand and the 16th walk street. This lot and the lot to the south were recently purchased for $15M.
