After 2 ½ months and $104K price reduction, this home has sold. 1138 19th is a single-family home east of Prospect, 3 properties from Hermosa View school. This home last sold for $25,500 in 1965.

In only 12 days and for $291K above the asking price, this duplex sold for all cash. 150 31st is a duplex built in 1919 and is ½ block from the beach It was priced attractively and the market responded.

1600 Ardmore #127 Sold for $700,000 2 bed/2 bath

It took over a month and a price reduction, however this condo has sold for $40K below the initial asking price. 1600 Ardmore is a 100-unit complex in Hermosa. This unit last sold 3 years ago for $570K.

This home was in escrow about 2 months ago, however it didn’t stick. Now after only 2 days on market, it’s back in escrow.  This is a single-family home that sits on a 1202 sq. foot lot. The home appears to have a few upgrades since it last sold in 2014 for $999K.

In escrow after 3 1/2 months and closed for $382K below its 1.3M asking price.  211 32nd is a single family home in the Hermosa Sand section. Someone worked a deal on this one.

In only 4 days and for $100K over the asking price, this home has sold. 736 Gould is a 1980 attached townhome part of a 33-unit community. This home has ocean views and indoor/outdoor living. This unit last sold in 2010 for $885K. 

714 Marlita Sold for $6,850,000 6 bed/5 bath

In 3 weeks, this massive home sold for just under its asking price.  This home has big ocean views from the top of the hill.  It sold in 2016 for $6,495,000 after racking up 800 days on market and after being priced as high as $8,000,000.

460 Prospect Sold for $1,375,000 4 bed/1 bath

In just 2 months, this single-family home has sold. 460 Prospect is perched up on the east side of prospect with ocean views from the living room.

1202 20th Pl Sold for $839,000 3 bed/1 bath

It took 1 ½ months and a $211K discount off the asking price to get this home sold. 1202 20th is a single- family home that sits on a tall-skinny lot (2505 lot sq. foot) 4 properties east of prospect. 

2704 Hermosa Sold $2,250,000 2 bed/2 bath

After only 8 days this home has sold for $51K over asking price.  2704 Hermosa is directly across from the strand and offers nice ocean views.  This home last sold in 1987 for $320K.  There is a happy buyer out there!

2906 Tennyson Sold for $16,000,000 5 bed/5 bath /3 pwds

Sold! After only 40 days and $750K off the list price this home has sold. 2906 Tennyson is a massive 7267 sq. foot home, built in 2015, that sits on a 15,000 sq. foot lot. This property was purchased in 2012 for $4,550,000 prior to the new build. It resides on the crest of the hillside just west of PCH. The views are wide open and incredible. This is considered to be one of the best lots in Hermosa and certainly the best on this part of the hill. I’m not surprised this one sold quickly.

728 Sunset Sold for $1,830,000 3 bed/3.5 bath

After a $270,000 price reduction and 5 ½ months on the market, this home has sold. 728 Sunset is a 2 on a lot, detached townhome with ocean views from the rooftop deck.
