209 Valley is part of the Pacifica Villas complex located in the southern Hermosa Sand Section. This townhome last sold in 1982 for $135,000. This one is priced well and should sell right away. 

1136 2nd Listed for $1,499,999 4 bed/3 bath

1136 2nd Street is located in the Hermosa Hill section, just west of Prospect. This is a popular price point for HB. I think it may sell fairly quickly. These owners have had this home since 1998 and purchased it for $412,000. 

641 8th Listed for $1,799,000 4 bed/3 bath

641 8th is a single-family home built in 2002 and has some ocean views. This home last sold in 2015 for $1,359,000.

1707 Pacific Coast #308 Listed for $549,000 1 bed/1 bath

1707 PCH has just hit the market and is the only condo is this 73-unit complex for sale. Unit #302 (had some upgrades) sold for $499K in March of this year.

1720 Ardmore is a 71-unit complex. Unit #319 sold for $735K last year, which was the last 2 bed 2 bath sale in the complex.

This home was purchased in 2018 for $8.1M. It was a 3 bed 2 bath 1700 sq foot single level home.

In only 7 days this home sold for $20K above the asking price.. 724 9th is a detached townhome with upgrades throughout. It last sold in 2014 for $1,001,500. 

1504 Silver Sold for $2,299,000 5 bed/3.5 bath

This home has sold for $30K above its asking price! 1504 Silver is a larger, 3316 sq. foot single-family home. It sold in 2014 for $1,525,000.

721 1st Pl Sold for $2,225,000 4 bed/3.5 bath

721 has been on the market since last October and finally sold for $150K below the initial asking price.
