After 6 months and several price reductions, this home is in escrow. 822 6th is a single family home located east of PCH with some ocean views. It sold in 2015 for $1,799,000.

2904 Hermosa View is a single family home at the end of the awesome Hermosa View cul-de sac. This home has views and sold OFF-Market. Rumor is that the neighbors bought it to extend their property/lot footprint. 

107 Manhattan Sold for $1,750,000 3 bed/2 bath

107 Manhattan is a single family home built in 1924. It is located 1 block from the beach and sold for $51K over asking price in a week.  This will likely be a new build project.  

102 8th Sold for $1,825,000 2 bed/3 bath

102 8th is part of a three unit townhome complex on the corner of 8th and Hermosa Avenue. This middle unit leased last year for $6500. This three unit complex was built 2002. The front unit is currently in escrow. We sold the rear unit several years ago (back in 2011). The complex was well designed.

1204 11th Sold for $1,350,000 3 bed/2 bath

1204 11th is a single family home in east Hermosa. This home last sold for $1,269,500 in 2019. It was priced attractively, so we’re not surprised it sold in 5 days.
