3001 The Strand was built in 2007. This is a big number; however, the home is about 6200 sq. feet and there are several properties hovering in this price point here in the beach cities.

This home sits on a 7,825 sq. Foot lot. 2957 La Carlita is located on a small cul-de-sac street with only 10 other homes. It sits at the top of the hill, off of 30th street, just west of PCH. It is surrounded by $5M-$16M homes and is on the border of the MB Hill section. This home was last on the market in 2011 and sold for $1,274,000. However, after being on the market for 2 months priced just under $3M, it did not sale.  I think this time around will be a different story with a positive ending.
