Only 28 day over the holidays!  220 4th is a single-family home located in the Hermosa sand section.  It’s small in size, however it offers a good location, close to the water. This property last sold for $1,450,000 in 2005.

460 Prospect Listed for $1,300,000 4 bed/1 bath

In just over a month this single-family home is in escrow. 460 Prospect is perched up on the east side of prospect with ocean views from the living room.  This property is also up for lease at $4500 per month. It’s listed for $925 sq. foot. This may appear expensive, however the $1.3M price range is attractive. 


635 7th St. Sold for $2,753,000 4 bed/4 bath

After 3 months, this new construction unit sold for $5K above the asking price.  635 7th is a 2-on-a-lot attached townhome with panoramic ocean views. 637 7th is currently on hold for $2,748,000 since 12/22. The lot was purchased in 2015 for $1,525,000. 

259 28th Sold for $2,475,000 4 bed/4 bath


255 and 259th 28th are owned by the same person directly next door to each other. However it doesn’t appear to have been purchased by the same person, as they were purchased 4 months apart and are under a different LLC.  255 28th Sold in August for $2,175,000.  There is potential to build with nice ocean views.

1504 Prospect Sold for $1,840,000 3 bed/2 bath

This one sold all cash in 9 days for $10K off the asking price. 1504 Prospect was built in 1935. It appears to need some work, however it has a lot size of 7920 sq. Ft.  It last sold in 1994 for $186K.

1104 Cypress Sold for $2,100,000 3 bed/3.5 bath

After 6 months and almost $200K off the initial asking price, this new construction has closed sale. 1104 Cypress is 1 of 3 townhomes built on this lot. 1100 Cypress sold for $2,450,000 and 1102 Cypress sold for $2,150,000.

436 Gentry Sold for $1,500,000 3 bed/3 bath

27 days and a $150K price discount equals Sold! 436 Gentry is a single-family home located east of PCH that has ocean views from the kitchen and living room.
