This home last sold for $1,400,000 in 2005, and has made 2 recent attempts, at $1.485M in 2012 and 1.7M earlier this year, both with different agents while the home was tenant occupied. It shows much better this time around, staged and without tenants.  Let’s see what happens this time.

2035 Prospect Avenue, Sold for $699,000. That’s right, it’s a single family home that sold with a 6 in it.  This home last traded in 2007 for $691K. It’s hard to believe a single family home in Hermosa still exists at this price. However, this home has its challenges, like being a small 1-bedroom located on a busy street in eastern Hermosa.

Either way, after 151 days on the market, it sold within range of its $749,000 original listing price.
