428 Palm Listed for $1,600,000 3 bed/2 bath

428 Palm is a single family home in the sand section of Hermosa. This home last sold in 2016 for $1,400,000.

72 The Strand #4 Listed for $2,099,000 2 bed/1.5 bath

72 The Strand is a 6-unit condo complex. The top unit is currently for sale.  Unit #5 (back unit) is currently in escrow listed at $1,199,000.

This condo sold in 2 ½ weeks. 1720 Ardmore is a 72-unit complex. This unit sold last May for $562K.

215 Longfellow is a single family home in the Hermosa Sand Section, near Manhattan Avenue and backing up to the Burrito Brothers. This home last sold in 2011 for $755K.

856 Cypress Sold for $1,399,000 3 bed/1 bath

856 Cypress has been on and off the market since 2016…..yes, 2016! It is located in the sand section of Hermosa next to Clark field. This home last sold in the 80’s for $135K.

447 Manhattan Ave Sold for $1,725,000 2 bed/3 bath

After 7 months this home has sold. 447 Manhattan is an attached townhome built in 2010. It’s located 2 blocks from the sand and has ocean views from the roof top deck.

1401 Corona Sold for $2,645,000 4 bed/3 bath/2 pwd

That was quick, this home sold in 27 days. 1401 Corona is brand new, single family home. The land sold in 2017 for $1,150,000. 

708 2nd Sold for $2,189,000 4 bed/3.5 bath

708 2nd is a detached townhome built in 2015. This unit went into escrow quickly, they may have found a buyer off-market. It sold in 2018 for $2,059,000.

1156 9th Sold for $1,550,000 3 bed/2.5 bath

In only 1 week and for $55K over asking price, this home has sold. 1156 9th is a single family home located in east Hermosa…with a pool!  This home sold in 2014 for $1,075,000.

1600 Ardmore #334 Sold for 569,000 1 bed/1 bath

In less than a week, this condo has a new owner.

1211 20th Sold for $1,230,000 3 bed/2 bath

After a few price reductions and an increase in price, this home has sold. 1211 20th is a cute beach cottage east of Prospect and built in 1949. This home sold in December of 2018 for $1,222,000.
