This is still well below the a neutral market average.However, with an election coming up, the stock market bouncing around and skimming the historic ceiling again, high unemployment levels, and tons of government funding $ being disbursed, our Real Estate market could see some negative effects in the near future.

1002 8th is the lowest cost per sq. foot single family home in Hermosa.


1965 Manhattan Listed for $3,199,000 3 bed/2 bath

1965 Manhattan is a single family home in the sand section of Hermosa Beach. It is located on the west side of Manhattan Avenue and has big ocean view options. It sold in 2015 for $3M. 

427 Manhattan Ave Listed for $1,229,000 2 bed/2 bath

We knew this one would go fast…5 days. 427 Manhattan Avenue is an attached townhome in the Hermosa sand section. It sold in 2002 for $479,000.


837 5th St. #A7 Sold for $954,000 2 bed/2.5 bath

 837 5th is an attached townhome, a few lots east of PCH. It sold for $95K off the asking price. This home is part of an 8 unit townhome community. Unit A3 sold for $850K back in 2017.

849 15th Sold for $1,525,000 3 bed/2.5 bath

849 15th found a buyer in 5 days and sold for $150K above the asking price. This home is an attached townhome east of PCH and was leased 2 years ago for $4900.

542 Pine Sold for $2,350,000 4 bed/3.5 bath

This home went into escrow after only 3 weeks and sold for $149,000 below the original asking price. 542 Pine is a detached cape cod townhome. It faces west and is located between PCH and Prospect. 548 Pine sold last year for $2,349,000.
