501 Herondo is part of a 75-unit Townhome complex on the border of the Hermosa/Redondo area. Unit #40, which has the same specs, just sold for $1,025,000.

337 26th St Sold for $2,500,000 3 bed/2 bath

337 26th is a 1940’s single family home that sold off-market with approved plans.  This home sold in 2018 for $1,995,000.
