We’re not surprised to see this home in escrow quickly. 1154 6th is a single-family home built 2 years ago that checks the box of a lot of Hermosa families.  This home was built by David Powers.  It sold brand new in 2017 for $2,449,000.

It took 2 months and a $115K price reduction to get this home sold. 1038 5th is a two-level single-family home. This home last sold in the 70’s. Even though it’s right on Prospect, we think the buyer made a good purchase at this price.

515 Prospect Sold for $2,920,000 5 bed/4 bath

This home has sold for $175K below asking price.  515 Prospect, one of two detached townhomes, was built in 2017. This unit has ocean views and sold in 2017 for $2,835,000. 517 Prospect sold for $2.5M in 2018.
