1520 Golden is a single-family home located east of Prospect and just west of Redondo.

713 3rd Listed for $1,295,000 2 bed/3 bath

713 3rd is part of a 7-unit condo complex. This home last sold in 2003 for $690,000. 723 3rd (a smaller unit-1352 sq. feet) sold in July for $1,260,000.

161 Herondo #2 Listed for $1,598,000 2 bed/2 bath

161 Herondo is a 2 on a lot attached townhome. This home is on the border of Hermosa and Redondo, walking distance to either Hermosa or Redondo beach sand and restaurants.

1600 Ardmore #226 Listed for $779,990 2 bed/2 bath

1600 Ardmore (100-unit complex) averages about 6-7 sales a year.  Currently unit 216 is for sale (a 2 bed, 1 bath) for $665,000.

515 Prospect Listed for $3,095,000 5 bed/4 bath

It took 2 months, to get this home into escrow. 515 Prospect, one of two detached townhomes, was built in 2017. This unit has ocean views and sold in 2017 for $2,835,000. 517 Prospect sold for $2.5M in 2018.

3316 Hermosa Ave Listed for $7,650,000 5 bed/7 bath

After 5 ½ months and a $250K price reduction, this home is in escrow. 3316 Hermosa was built 10 years ago and sold for $4,995,000 (3rd highest sale in Hermosa that year).  Fast forward 10 years later, this home is back on the market for $1782 per sq. foot. The location is great (1 home from the water, although next to a larger apartment complex) and the views are huge.

131 2nd Listed for $3,400,000 4 bed/4.5 bath

131 2nd is a brand new attached townhome. This lot was purchased in 2015 for $2,150,000.  121 2nd is still active. It’s big number, however others have sold in a similar price range. See below:

1136 2nd Sold for $1,325,750 4 bed/3 bath

In only 2 months and with a $174K price reduction, this home has sold. 1136 2nd Street is located in the Hermosa Hill section, just west of Prospect. This is a popular price point for HB.

1720 Prospect Sold for $2,625,000 4 bed/3.5 bath

After 2 months and a $125K price reduction, this chapter is complete. 1720 Prospect is part of a 2 on a lot detached townhome that was built in 2017.  1720 Prospect sold for $2,515,000 in February 2018 and 1724 Prospect sold for $2,675,000 last March.

429 24th Sold for $3,525,000 5 bed/3 bath

This home sold for $170k below asking price. It has been on and off the market a few times over the past 2 years. 

460 Gentry Sold for $1,605,000 3 bed/3 bath

Gentry sold in 11 days and for $6K above asking price. This home recently sold in 2017 for $1,515,000.

645 2nd Sold for $1,360,500 3 bed/2.5 bath

It took 10 months and a $90K price discount! 645 2nd is part of an attached, 3-on-a-lot townhome complex.  This home last sold in 2006 for $1,260,000.
