We have 8 new escrows this week. With a total of 37 properties in escrow citywide and 59 active properties for sale, we have 1.6 months of inventory available. That is very low. If inventory remains this low, the market will favor sellers and create more competition for buyers.

844 3rd Listed for $1,429,000 3 bed/2 bath

844 3rd is a single family home just east of PCH. This home sits on a smaller tall, skinny 2267 sq. foot lot. It last sold in 2013 for $875K. 


408 Ocean View Ave Listed for $2,099,000 5 bed/4.5 bath

408 Ocean View is a duplex that appears to have sold before hitting the market. This duplex is one block east of PCH and last sold in 1987 for $469K. 

1124 1st Listed for $1,680,000 4 bed/3 baths

1124 1st is a single family home located in east Hermosa, bordering Redondo. This home sold in 2015 for $1,250,000.

This one is in escrow after less than a week on the market. 831 6th is a 6 unit townhome complex. Unit #1 is in escrow with a list price of $950K after only 9 days on the market.

507 Monterey is back on the market for a slightly lower price. This home last sold in 2012 for $1.2M.

This home sold in 2 weeks. 1245 8th is a single family home located in east Hermosa beach.  It last sold in 2015 for $1,175,000.
