122 Bayview Dr. Sold for $1,375,000 3 bed/2 bath

Sold in 8 days for list price. 122 Bayview is a single family home with ocean views a few blocks from the beach. The lot footprint is only 902 sq. ft. This home last sold in 2012 for $850K.
