We sold this townhome in 5 days with multiple offers. Although we cannot disclose the sale price until the property has closed sale….the seller is currently very happy. There are a few different models in this complex. There have been three 1494 sq. ft. unit sales and three 1840 sq. ft. unit sales in this townhome community over the last year.

This property is 3700 sq. ft. (good size) and on a 5000 sq. ft. lot. The outside shot looks stunning. The dirt (teardown) sold in 2014 for $875K.

It looks like this brand new construction presold and went directly into escrow without hitting the market. Now after what appears to be a long escrow, it has officially closed sale. The lot (teardown) sold in 2014 for $865K.
