It is the highest listing (price) to ever hit the market. Actually, 2909 The Strand also hit the market at $25,000,000 in 2010 before settling for a sale price of $14,950,000…a bargain in comparison. The highest MLS sale price in Hermosa history happened within the last year and landed at $15,000,000…for a true double (6632 sq. ft.) lot.
