The property is located in a 33-unit townhome community, just west of PCH and offers panoramic views toward the ocean. It last sold in 1987 for $250K. Wow…that’s appreciation. This single family home has a prime corner location on Circle and Manhattan Avenue with ocean views, just 2 blocks from the beach. It sold for $550K below list price, for all cash.

After a $124K price reduction this one has sold. This is a legal duplex located just east of PCH. This property last sold in 1972 for $45K.
1145 1st St Sold for $1,100,000 3 bed/2 bath
This one was also quick! In 1 week, this home sold for $15K above the asking price. It’s located east of PCH and has ocean views from the rooftop deck. It last sold in 2008 for 880K.
1801 Monterey Blvd Sold for $3,790,000 4 bed/3.5 bath

1801 Monterey was for sale last year ($3,999,000). However it didn’t sell and was relisted with a different agency. It just sold for $109K below the new asking price. This single family, located a few blocks from the beach, has big ocean views from the crest of Monterey. It last sold in 2011 for $2.5M.

This was an off-market sale that we just closed for our happy seller. We will also be representing the new development coming next year. The value was is in the land and the ocean views. Stayed tuned for more on this one.
