This one has sold for about $84K under the asking price. This single family home was recently constructed. This lot/unit/land last sold in 1976 for $44K. I have been fortunate enough to walk this property prior to hitting the market. Yes, it’s right off of Prospect and at the top of the hill, however for this house, that is a benefit. The views stretch from Malibu to Catalina and all the way east to downtown Los Angeles because it is perched at the top of the crest. You can’t go any higher, hence the great views. We loved this house…and apparently the buyer does too!

This one took just about 5 weeks to find a buyer. This is a single family home just a few blocks from the beach that last sold in 1999 for $493K. A 2100 sq. ft. lot just sold on 31st for $1,450,000…a far better street and location.
