This one took just under 2 months and has a new owner in escrow. It’s a brand new construction home located on a half-lot (1290 sq. ft.). This property sold in 2012 as a foreclosure for $623,000. That was an incredible price. The new home looks and shows great and has huge ocean views. It’s priced at $1416 per sq. foot.
