The market has definitely shifted positively since 2011 and the location and proximity to the beach will be a benefit in the sale of this townhome.

Unfortunately, there is only 1 photo…so we don’t know the condition inside. It’s possible that it is tenant occupied and challenging to get into?

This unit sold for $17,500 below the list price. The property last sold in 2004 for $545K. The prices have gone up about $200K in this complex since 2012. The last unit sold for $725K in June of last year and it had a lot of interior upgrades. Currently there is one active in that complex unit #207 for $779K.
