After being on the market since October, then going off the market during the holidays, it only took 5 days to find a buyer….for $5K below the asking price. This detached townhouse, just west of PCH, last sold in 2008 for $1,249,000. Even though this property has more sq. footage and is located on a street close to downtown, its price rivals some of the new construction units that have sold. However, the rules change when inventory is low.

This one finally sold for $100K below the original asking price. The home is located in a Loma cul-de-sac just north of South Park. It sold in 2014 for $2,199,000 (06/24/14) and previously sold in 2007 for $2,625,000.
