and last sold in 2012 for $805K, as a short sale. It seems to be price in line with the

This one took almost 2 ½ months, however it has found a buyer. This property was on the market last year for just over a month priced at $830K but didn’t sell. It sits on a 973 sq. ft. undersized half-lot and last sold in 2012 for $660K.

444 Hermosa Ave #102 Sold for $1,475,000 3 bed/3 bath
Sold for $75K over list price. That was quick, just 3 days to find a buyer! This property is located in a 6-unit complex facing west toward the beach. This unit last sold in 2005 for $866K and is still the highest priced MLS recorded sale in the building. The last unit in this complex to sell was in 2009, for $831K

Sold for just over the list price and ALL CASH. This property was sold earlier this year for $1,090,000 and was remodeled, FLIPPED, and put back on the market for sale.

Sold for $95K below list price ALL CASH, in less then 3 weeks . This duplex, just 1.5 blocks from the beach, is currently tenant occupied. The property next door is in escrow (smaller unit, same lot size) for $1.6M

801 Hermosa Ave Sold for $4,015,000 4 bed/5 bath/2 powder rooms
ALL CASH and its gone. This is a brand new construction. It’s over 4,000 sq. ft. with a huge roof top deck. This home sold in 2013 for $2M as a scraper (dirt value).
