This duplex just a block from the beach is currently tenant occupied and could be a great investment. However, the property right next door is currently in escrow and listed at $1,599,000. It is believed to be in escrow around the list price after falling out of escrow the first time. 242 Longfellow has a much smaller structure on it, yet the lot (dirt value) are the same. It’s a big spread in price between the 2 properties.
