This is a 6-unit complex facing west toward the beach.
This unit last sold in 2005 for $866K and is still the highest priced MLS recorded sale in the building. The last unit in this complex to sell was in 2009 for $831K

It took just over 2 months for this single-family home just west of PCH to secured a buyer. This one last sold in 2009 for $830K prior to the new construction build. It was on the market in 2010 for $1,799,000 but didn’t sell.

After 7 weeks on the market, this newly constructed home has a buyer. The land was bought in July 2014 for $870K as a probate sale and for the value of the land.
