This detached townhouse just west of PCH last sold in 2008 for $1,249,000. Even though this property has more sq. footage and is located on a street close to downtown, it’s price rivals some of the new construction units that have sold this year.

This 2 on a lot attached townhome, east of PCH, last sold in 2003 for $939K.
The attached townhome 1728 Golden, sold in 2009 for $1,220,000.
A similar home 1016 17th Street, a 2005 build 4 bed/3.5 bath, recently sold for $1,839,000.
