Sold for $81K over asking. This attached townhome is just west of PCH and a block south of Pier Avenue. It last sold in 2005 for $1,380,000. It was a very nice property and showed well. I’m not surprised it sold quickly.

$6K over list price and it’s gone! 447 Herondo is a 30-unit building located on the southern most edge of Hermosa bordering South Redondo. There hasn’t been a sale in this building since 2012 when #103 (the unit below #203) sold for $525,000. Between 2010 and 2012, there were a total of 9 sales, all hovering in the $450-$550K range.

$50K over asking! Located in a 14-unit complex, just steps from the beach, this condo last sold in 2006 for $709K. It was recently completely remodeled and looked very nice inside.
