1129 Cypress Listed for $1,940,000 4 bed/2.5 bath

1129 Cypress is a detached townhome built in 2001. It sold in 2011 for $1,112,000.

412 Hermosa Ave #9 Listed for $899,000 2 bed/1 bath

412 Hermosa is part of a 9 unit condo complex on Hermosa Avenue. This is a top floor unit with one shared wall. It was on the market for $949K previously, however it did not sell. 

800 Bard Listed for $2,395,000 4 bed/4 bath

800 Bard is a brand new townhome in the Hermosa Sand section. There are 3 units on this lot. 802 Bard is listed for $1,999,000 and 804 Bard recently sold for $2.1M. 800 Bard has an extra bedroom, bathroom and more square feet, giving it the lowest price per sq. footage of the three.

 2965 La Carlita is a single family home on a 8689 sq. foot lot. This property sold in 2010 for $1,345,000.

After 1 week, this home sold for $186K above the asking price. 1002 8th is the lowest cost per sq. foot single family home in Hermosa.

407 11th Sold for $1,795,000 3 bed/2.5 bath

407 11th is an attached townhome on the corner of 11th and Loma, near Clark Field. This unit last sold in 2006 for $1,269,000.

942 15th Sold $2,650,000 4 bed/3.5 bath

942 15th was built 3 years ago. This property is east of PCH and very close to Pier Avenue. It was for sale in February for a month and didn’t sell. This time after a month, it sold for $75K below the asking price.
